Erika Knight – Gossypium Cotton Tweed
You love the typical look of a good tweed and would like to wear it even in summer? Erika Knight has thought about you and created a Tweed version of her Gossypium Cotton!
Indeed, this yarn is made of 96% cotton, and 4% polyamid to create the nepps. To offer the best quality there is, Erika Knight chose Egyptian cotton. Its particularity comes from the length of its fibers: just like pima cotton, it is a “long fibers” cotton. More resistant than traditional cotton, its slight sheen and great softness make it an exceptional fiber, both pleasant to knit and to wear.
By blending in colorful little nepps, Erika gives her cotton a classical tweed touch. This way, you can still wear a classy English look even in summer!
