Nival is a unisex hat, for adults, comfortable thanks to its large brim made of 2×2 ribs. A simple play on cables gives it a rather modern look. You can add a pompom to the crown, or just wear it like it is. In fact, its star-like crown is well-looking enough on its own! If you have a skein of DK yarn you don’t know what to do with, here is a perfect way to use it… And you will see on the Ravelry page of this pattern that it looks good in a wide range of yarn 😉

This hat is knitted in the round, in one piece, without seaming.

This listing is for a knitting pattern (pdf) of the Nival hat (in French and in English).
