Swinging Triangles is a large semi-circular shawl, with a beautiful dancing edge made of a lacy triangles pattern. Very cuddly, you will love to wrap yourself in its smooth garter stitch! Choose a bouncy and round merino yarn, and you will knit a comfortable yet original shawl. Or, why not, play with two strands, using one of mohair, for a light and airy result? The Ravelry page of the pattern will give you lots of ideas!
This shawl is knitted in 2 times. First, you begin with the body made of garter stitch, with a border of yarn overs. Then you will pick up stitches in the yarn overs, before knitting the lacy border. The pattern is given for one size, but you will also find instructions to make it bigger or smaller.
